Red Dye in Restaurant Sauce Packets
This was a particularly disappointing one for me because it opened my eyes to new culprits I hadn’t yet considered. They don’t always list the ingredients on the packet so when in doubt, I err on the side of caution and skip the sauce altogether.
And remember, if you’re allergic to red dye, be diligent and look for it everywhere. It seems to be in everything.
